These terms cover your use of voralisstudio.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire Voralis Studio, the Service Agreement you sign governs that work, and it controls wherever it differs from these terms.
Information on this site
We keep the pricing, plan details, and descriptions on this site accurate, but they're a summary. They can change, and they aren't an offer. The price and terms that apply to your project are the ones in the proposal and Service Agreement you sign. Sales tax is added where it applies.
Ask Voralis
Ask Voralis is an automated assistant. Its answers are general information and may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing it says changes a proposal or agreement, or creates any commitment by Voralis Studio. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into it.
Our content
The design, text, graphics, animation, and code of this site belong to Voralis Studio or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or send automated or abusive traffic to Ask Voralis or our forms.
Links to other services
The site links to services run by others, such as our intake form. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Voralis Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This section doesn't limit anything in a signed Service Agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota.
