Privacy Policy

Voralis Studio ("Voralis", "we") designs and builds websites for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through voralisstudio.com and while working with you, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@voralisstudio.com.
What we collect
- Proposal requests. When you request a proposal, our form collects your name, business name, email, type of business, current website, and any notes you add.
- Project details. After you sign, our project-details form (hosted by Fillout) collects your contact details, business information, and any files you upload, such as logos and photos.
- Ask Voralis. Messages you type into the on-site assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We don't keep transcripts of these conversations. Your IP address is used briefly to limit request volume.
- Demos. If we prepare a demo site for your business, we use publicly available information about it, such as content and images from your existing website.
- Agreements. When you sign a proposal, we record your name, title, the time, your IP address and browser details, and a fingerprint of the exact document you signed, as evidence of the signature. Signing may take place through DocuSeal.
- Payments. Invoices are paid through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Email. Messages you send us, and delivery information for the emails we send you.
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads its fonts from our own server.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare demos and proposals, and build, launch, and maintain your website.
- To send invoices, collect payment, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep records of agreements and to protect our legal rights.
- To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that work:
- Fillout (intake forms)
- Anthropic, and OpenAI as a backup (AI processing for the assistant, proposals, and site production)
- Stripe (payments and tax)
- DocuSeal (electronic signatures)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Vercel and Railway (website and application hosting)
- GitHub (storage of your website's source code)
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
We keep project and billing records for as long as we work together and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Intake details from projects that don't go ahead are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@voralisstudio.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as signed agreements and invoices, may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted backups to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting current clients will be communicated by email.
